Administrative Assistant:
Pay: $8 - $12 per hour ($280 - 480) per week

Must be computer literate in the following software programs: Word, Publisher, EXCEL, and Outlook Express. Must be competent in filing, answering phones in a professional manner, maintaining office schedule, and learning new processes. Must have excellent people skills and professional manners.

Loan Processor In-house contractor
Pay: $400 - $600 per file

Experience in working with banks, lenders, loan officers, appraisers, and title companies. Preferred to have underwriting knowledge and previous experience .

Lic. Mortgage Broker - Executive (Orlando)

At least 2 years experience, proven customer service skills, and knowledge of the industry. Must be able to lead a team of 10 Loan Officers in Orlando and have the ability to recruit new agents . Must be willing to travel and be present of all mandatory meetings.

Loan Officer - Team Orlando

Must be knowledgeable of the finance industry and hold a valid mortgage license (or in the process of obtaining a mortgage license). We will train if necessary. Must be willing to be a Team Player and work directly with his/her Executive Leader. Also must have excellent people skills and have professional mannerisms.

Lic. Mortgage Broker - Executive (Tampa)

At least 2 years experience, proven customer service skills, and knowledge of the industry. Must be able to lead a team of 10 Loan Officers in Tampa and have the ability to recruit new agents . Must be willing to travel and be present of all mandatory meetings.

Loan Officer - Team Tampa

Must be knowledgeable of the finance industry and hold a valid mortgage license (or in the process of obtaining a mortgage license). We will train if necessary.
