GETTING STARTED:

Submit the following to EXIM Financial for approval:

Completed Builder Application (must be requested)
• Two (2) most recent tax returns (Business and/or Personal)
• Most recent year-end and current financial statement (Business and/or Personal)
• Copy of Builders License (if applicable)

APPROVAL PROCESS:

• Approvals are based on information in package
• 24 – 48 hour approval time
• Representative will call the builder with the status of application
• One time approvals granted for 1spec / 2presales, 2spec / 3presales etc.

CLOSING A LOAN:

• Select a site (lot), plans, and specs.
• Contact Agent with Name, Number and Address of Settlement Agent
• Submit to Appraiser of your Choice
• EXIM Financial will issue a “commitment letter” to be signed and returned
• No Construction of any kind can commerce until construction loan closes
